Microsoft Teams is available for students
From August 21, 2023, students at the University of Gothenburg have access to Microsoft Teams. For employees, this enables collaborations where students, such as student representatives, need to be included in a collaboration space, a team.
- Employees search for students in Teams using the students’ names, email addresses or student accounts to invite them to teams, chats and meetings.
- Students’ access to Microsoft Teams also enables collaboration and communication between students. Students cannot create their own teams but can start and participate in chats and video meetings.

Exhibition at the Biomedical Library: “The Glass Room: Misinformation Edit”
How do we know if an image or tweet is real? What information do we see in our feeds and what do we miss? Right now the exhibition The Glass Room: Misinformation Edit is on a temporary visit to the Biomedical Library. The exhibition explores how social media and the internet have changed the way we read and react to information. As a visitor you can learn why spotting ’fake news’ can be harder than you think, and how the concept of ’fake news’ is as big a problem as the news it describes.
- The exhibition runs until October 27 at the Biomedical Library, Medicinaregatan 4.
