The University’s payroll management is transfered to the National Service Center

ADMINISTRATION. The University of Gothenburg begun a collaboration with the National Service Center that may take over the University’s payroll, travel and expense management during 2016. A letter of intent has been written where the parties have agreed that the National Service Center opens an office in Gothenburg, where the affected employees within the university are to be offered employment.

Preliminary decision about Medicinareberget expected in January

GENERAL ACADEMY MEETING
The Urban Planning Office project for Medicinareberget is ahead of schedule. Expectations are that the City of Gothenburg Building Committee will make a preliminary decision about the objectives and surroundings on December 16.

UGOT Challenges Attracts Widespread Interest

21 October, 2014

GRANTS. UGOT Challenges, a research effort by the university, attracted 103 expressions of interest. Researchers at Sahlgrenska Academy were applicants or co-applicants for almost half of them.
