MEDICINAREBERGET. After an evaluation, the agreement with the food truck Tikka Roti has been extended. From Monday September 9, you will find the food truck in the same place and at the same time as before. In addition to the usual offerings, the menu will be supplemented with new guest spots every two weeks – starting with Thai streetfood.
The basic menue for the food truck is still Indian and Pakistani street food, but the menu will now be supplemented at bi-weekly intervals. The first two weeks, between September 9 and September 20, the food truck will also offer Thai street food, and the two weeks after that (October 23-October 4), Greek street food will complement the menu.
The food truck Tikka Roti is lined up at lunchtime in the parking lot outside Academicum, starting Monday 9 September, and is open every weekday from 11 am to 1 pm.
The food truck is an initiative by Sahlgrenska Academy to create a more varied lunch offering for both staff and students on Medicinareberget. The food truck follows all the rules and laws that apply to both safety and hygiene. The cooking of the food takes place with electricity, and not with gas.
