MEDICINARE BERGET. A food truck is now coming on a daily basis to Medicinareberget, serving Indian and Pakistani street food. The food trucks is called Tikka Roti, and will be open every weekday at noon, 11:00-13:00.
The food truck will park outside Academicum, facing Odontologen, and serve food every weekday 11-13. Tikka Roti serves spicy rolls with chicken tikka, fried vegetables and minced beef kebab for SEK 75. The menu is flexible and may change depending on the wishes and opportunities given.
The food truck follows all the rules and laws that apply to both safety and hygiene. Cooking is done with electricity, and not with gas.
The food truck is an initiative from Sahlgrenska Academy to create a more varied lunch range for both staff and students at Medicinareberget. The effort will be followed up and evaluated after a few weeks.
