Welcome to a brief update and information about a community survey from the DDLS Data Science Node in Cell and Molecular Biology.
In the end of May 2022, the SciLifeLab board appointed four national Data Science Nodes (DSNs) as part of the DDLS initiative. The four nodes, one for each DDLS research area, will coordinate and develop national services for databases and data support as well as bioinformatics support to the Swedish research community.
Chalmers applied with support from GU to set up a DSN for Cell and Molecular Biology and has now established it under the infrastructures E-Commons and Computational Systems Biology Infrastructure with Sverker Holmgren and Thomas Svensson as responsible.
