The Lightsheet 7 microscope is now installed at the Center for Cellular Imaging and to celebrate we will be hosting an opening day of seminars and demonstrations.
Lightsheet fluorescence microscopy (LSFM) uses a thin plane of light to excite fluorophores. It is ideal for rapid and gentle 3D imaging of whole living model organisms, tissues and cells as they develop – over extended periods of time. Additionally, Lightsheet 7 is designed to handle large optically cleared samples at subcellular resolution. Specialized optics, sample chamber and holder enable adaptation to the refractive index of the selected clarification method.
Join us on January 18th to explore what’s possible with this new gear!
