Recently the Centre for Cellular Imaging (CCI) at Core Facilities organized the Correlative Array Tomography (CAT) Workshop 2023. The Workshop was designed to bring experts, researchers, and industry together interested in Cellular 3D volume – Correlative Array Tomography to introduce this new technology, stimulate knowledge exchange, and form collaborations.
“It was a fantastic and exciting workshop with visitors from all over the world interested in 3D volume electron microscopy and correlative approaches. No matter where they were in their career, participating in this Workshop allowed them to stay abreast of this new imaging technology, learn new sample preparation and image processing & analysis methods, and most importantly, network with colleagues and make new connections”, says Julia Fernandez -Rodriguez, Head of CCI.
