Note that the meeting will be conducted in Swedish. A significant portion of the meeting time will be allocated for collegial discussion.
For years, scientific publishing costs have been rising annually. Currently, a shift is happening in how science is published, moving from subscription costs to publishing costs. This shift is expected to eventually result in lower expenses for universities and a higher proportion of openly accessible publications. But is it really so? Can we, as researchers, influence this?
Dean Agneta Holmäng introduces and moderates the meeting. Also participating are University Library Chief Morgan Palmqvist, Camilla Gillén (Head of Digital Services at the University Library), Rebecka Gustafsson (Team Leader for E-resources and Search Systems at the University Library), Pro Dean Henrik Hagberg, and Vice Dean Lena Carlsson Ekander.
Tax on Benefits
If you are employed at the university, you need to declare a benefit (usually SEK 33) for your lunch sandwich, which you report in Primula (My Page – Compensation/Remuneration – ‘Benefit Value’ form (food/other)). Choose meal benefit, enter the date (same date in From and To), and the Benefit Value is 110 kronor. Specify the benefit as “lunch.”
Individuals not employed at the university do not need to declare a benefit.
