The Hasselblad Foundation is announcing research grants for further qualification of young researchers. The grant applies to basic research in the natural sciences at Chalmers and University of Gothenburg. NOTE! The call does not include research in technology or medicine. The grant of 1 million can be applied for 3 – 5 years after thesis defense, and may be used for a maximum of three years. Note that the grant may not be used for overhead costs or own salary. The grant is applied for via the vice-chancellor’s nomination and Head of Institute must send names of candidates to the SA Research Support Office by 12 noon June 19 at the latest. Contact your head of department if you wish to be nominated.
