SHIFT CARE is the research school that will focus on knowledge development that, through learning and research, supports the transition to Close Care (primary health care) for people of different ages with complex care needs. In other words, care that is proactive, health-promoting and person-centred, that uses digital and hybrid solutions, strives for cost-effective and sustainable care with high quality and creates seamless collaboration throughout the entire care chain.
