Information meeting about the European networking programme COST

COST Info Day is open to all researchers and innovators at any career stage and from any field of research, especially young researchers, as well as R&I staff. The aim is to inform researchers and innovators about how to connect with COST Actions or submit a COST Action proposal, the role and impact of the COST programme, and the benefits of participating in COST for researchers’ careers, with a focus on young researchers.

COST aims to promote network activities between academia, industry, the public sector and research institutes. A particular focus is placed on networking with young researchers and research groups in new areas of science and technology. The research is conducted in so-called COST actions with a common goal. By participating in a COST action, researchers have the opportunity to take part in the latest research findings in the field and can create new valuable networks. Proposals for COST actions come from the researchers themselves. It is also possible to join already existing COST Actions.
