In this seminar, Tina Jacob will highlight the value and growing demand and need of real-world evidence (RWE) professionals within the life sciences industry.
As the therapeutic paradigm for genetic disorders moves toward targeted therapies, drug development has also undergone a shift toward advancing precision medicine in specific patient populations. In parallel, the exponential growth of computing technology and the widespread availability of electronic health data have permitted real-world evidence to play a key role in supporting drug development and regulatory decisions moving forward.
In this seminar, we will discuss the value and growing demand and need of real-world evidence (RWE) professionals within the life sciences industry. Tina will share her transition to her current role as a RWE consultant with Schain Research, describe her daily tasks in a more detailed manner and how she translated her PhD skills to her current role.
