Library introduction in Canvas
The library has a Canvas module about the library’s services, aimed at new students. The module has been completely revised for the autumn semester 2022, and it contains everything new students need to know about the library. As a teacher or course administrator, you can search for the module yourself in Canvas Commons and import it into your course. The modules are called: Biblioteksintroduktion GU (HT22) och Library introduction GU (autumn term 2022).

Our instructions are adapted to the students’ subject fields and previous knowledge. The teaching supports the students’ development of an analytical approach to searching, evaluating and citing. You are welcome to contact us to discuss the need of your specific student group.

Short talks for students are open lunch lectures aimed at students. The librarians offer tips on information searching, references and other things students may benefit from in their studies. Some are held in English. No registration required. Please tell your students!
