How have the health and education of children and young people been affected by the covid-19 pandemic? That question is the starting point for a Nordic research program under the auspices of NordForsk. The call within the research program “Welfare among children and young people in the post-pandemic Nordics” opens in September 2022. The Academy of Finland is behind the initiative. In Sweden, the Swedish Research Council and Forte invest SEK 14 million each. Other participants are the Research Council of Norway and Iceland. The total sum lands at almost SEK 90 million.
