As an extraordinary measure, Ukrainian citizens can apply for funding from the King. The Swedish Academy of Sciences to facilitate its research in Sweden during or in connection with the ongoing war. The activities must be conducted at a Swedish university or at one of the Swedish Academy of Sciences’ research institutes for a limited period of time. Expenses that can be covered by the scholarship are, for example, living expenses and travel as well as other costs associated with a temporary relocation of the research activities.
