The annual event is a cross-sectoral meeting place for Sweden’s life science actors from business, academia and the public sector. This year’s conference was held digitally and the hosts for the event were the Västra Götaland region and the cluster organization Health Innovation West.
Since 2019, Sweden has had a national life science strategy. Jenni Nordborg is the national life science coordinator, and the responsible ministers are Karl-Petter Thorwaldsson, Minister of Trade and Industry, Lena Hallengren, Minister of Social Affairs and Anna Ekström, Minister of Education.
