Swedish Research Council – Starting grant within medicine and health

The aim of the grant is to give junior researchers the opportunity to establish themselves as independent researchers in Sweden. This year’s call includes support for the specific areas of precision medicine, psychiatry with focus on compulsory mental care and forensic psychiatry, and antibiotics and antimicrobial resistance

Support form: Career support

Applicant: Individual researcher who has completed a doctoral degree more than 2 years ago and up to 7 years ago.

Participating researchers: no participating researchers may be invited to join the application.

Grant period: 4 years

Grant amount: 1 500 000 SEK per year
