The University of Gothenburg and the Region Västra Götaland have together received a grant from Vinnova for individual mobility, which will strengthen the collaboration between healthcare and academia. The grant makes it possible for Ann Lindgård, innovation advisor at the Research and Innovation Office (FIK), to work on the Innovation Platform in the Region Västra Götaland for a year part-time (20 percent). The current project will strengthen the utilization of research results for healthcare through increased knowledge and understanding. In the project, perceived problems and opportunities associated with the utilization of medical research results and the healthcare’s innovation work will be identified and verified.
