PREMISES. The municipal real estate company Higab has now sold Odontologen, Hälsovetarbacken and the Biotech Center where the University of Gothenburg rents premises. The buyer is Platzer. For the University of Gothenburg, the sale does not mean any major changes.
The background to the sale is that the City of Gothenburg has decided that the municipal real estate company Higab aims to streamline its property portfolio and mainly meet the city’s own needs.
For the University of Gothenburg, which rents premises in the three buildings, Platzer’s purchase does not mean any major changes. The rental agreements that have already been signed with Higab apply. The activities within the university that use the premises will receive new contact information in order to be able to report errors, for example.
Of the buildings that the University of Gothenburg rents, Platzer also owns Studenternas Hus.
