When the application period for the spring ALF announcements closed at midnight on June 1st, a total of 510 applications had been received (419 for ALF project funds 2022-2024, and 91 applications for ALF project funds for younger researchers 2022-2024). In the next step, the applications will be formally reviewed and then submitted for review during the summer and autumn. The review work is carried out by appointed assessment groups consisting of internal and external assessors with broad and mixed competence. After preparation in Medi-sam Forskning, an overall proposal for allocation is submitted to Hälso-sam for decision. Applicants will receive notification no later than December 2021.
