On Monday, October 5th, the chairman of the University Board, Peter Larsson, announced that he has commissioned the internal audit to carry out an audit of the e-mail incident. External investigators must be hired. Since September 18th, the university has had major problems with e-mail. Restoration is now underway, but is not yet complete. Peter Larsson has therefore now, after discussions with Vice-Chancellor Eva Wiberg, come to the conclusion that an audit of the event should start immediately. The audit will be carried out in parallel with the restoration work and the Chairman of the Board / Board has commissioned the internal audit to engage external investigators.
