During the weekend, the IT unit was able to make the e-mail work as it should for half of the university’s staff, but problems still remain. The malfunction is due to a hardware problem. A number of the university’s email servers are damaged and recently it was noticed that there was a built-in error. There is no external influence behind the problems, nor is the planned migration to the cloud. The IT unit recommends that you do not change any cache settings in Outlook while they are working to restore the email to all staff.
