Sahlgrenska Academy’s establishment grant is aimed at independent younger researchers who want to recruit a postdoc from another educational institution (nationally or internationally). Applicants must have defended their dissertation no earlier than 3rd November 2013. Deductible time can however be invoked.
The grant of a maximum of SEK 820,000 / year shall finance the incoming postdoc’s salary, salary cost surcharges and indirect costs for a maximum of two years.
It is the third and last time Sahlgrenska Academy announces this grant. This year, grants will be awarded to only two applicants.
