Help and support for remote work

WORKING CONDITIONS. Switching to working remotely can be challenging. If you need technical assistance, the routines for getting support works as usual.

Information on working remotely for different groups of staff has been gathered on the following page:

Keep in mind that answers to frequently asked questions about different tools can often be found online. Most tools have their own help pages available from within the tool with instructions to help you get started. Feel free to use these or ask your colleagues for help!

If you need technical support, you should contact the IT support. The support can be contacted via:
