The foundation supports scientific research in a broad sense. Applications for research grants can be submitted on an ongoing basis. The Board processes the applications once they have been prepared. The Board meets at least five times a year.
As a general rule, the main applicant has a connection to a university or research institute for his / her research. Applicants, one or more, must have a direct connection with the project in question.
The following costs can be included in a research project
- Scholarships
- Salary for postdoctoral candidate, doctoral student or other research staff
- Material, equipment and operating costs
- Travel, conference participation and publication.
The Board processes the applications since they have been prepared. The Board meets at least five times a year. All applicants are notified by e-mail whether the application was approved or not.
