MEETINGS. The video conferencing system in the Jörgen Lehmann conference room has become even easier to use. Now you don’t need any special software, and you can participate in the video discussion with a regular mobile phone. Pontus Balado, service technician at Medicinareberget, gives us a quick video introduction.
You can watch a video here showing how the system works:
Participants no longer need to have access to special software; it works fine to participate with an ordinary mobile phone as long as it has an internet connection, camera and microphone. Of course, you can also use a computer or sit in a video-equipped conference room elsewhere.
The Jörgen Lehmann conference room is primarily intended for video conferencing. To increase the use of the conference room, the rules for reservations have recently been changed so that you can also reserve Jörgen Lehmann for other types of meetings well in advance. These new reservation rules will be evaluated next year.
