AWARD. You can now nominate a teacher or group of teachers at Sahlgrenska Academy for the 2019 Pedagogical Award. The award recognizes excellent contributions to study courses and programs at the undergraduate and master’s levels and amounts to SEK 100,000 to be used for educational development and advancement.
The award will recognize a teacher or group of teachers, which contributes to our educational programs’ attractiveness and that a high rate of study completion among our students.
Others must nominate
Teachers may not nominate themselves; that must be done by other faculty staff or students. The teacher or teacher team you nominate shall either have developed and implemented a successful and innovative idea in teaching or shall have been a highly appreciated and successful teacher for several years.
The nominee shall use methods based on educational research in order to develop teaching. The nominated teacher may also have benefited student learning in other ways or have carried out development projects.
