SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. Thursday February 22, you have the chance to replace up to five items from your wardrobe. The Committee’s Environment Committee Sahlgrenska Academy Students for Sustainability (SASS) will arrange a Clotes Swap open for both students and staff.
An average Swede consumes almost 15 kilos of textiles each year and throws away 80 percent of it. According to Sahlgrenska Academy’s Students for Sustainability (SASS) it’s time to find a new home for the forgotten clothes at the back of the wardrobe. Staff and students are now invited to swap clothes with each other.
Instructions:
Bring up to five garments that you think would please someone else on Thursday February 22, and leave the items at noon (12:00-13: 00) to SASS under the clouds art installation at Medicinaregatan 13. Later the same day, between 15:00 and 17:00, you come back to choose as many items as you have left.
If you do not find any items you want to change, there is no guarantee that you can get back the garments you submitted. Remaining garments will be left for charitable purposes.
