Earlier this summer, former Vice-Chancellor Pam Fredman tasked the Sahlgrenska Academy Board to “commence the preparation process to appoint new Dean and Pro-Dean”. The task then went to the Sahlgrenska Academy Nomination Committee.
The final decision lies with our new Vice-Chancellor, Eva Wiberg, who took office on 1 July. Next step is the Vice-Chancellor’s consultation with the Nomination Committee when everyone is back in office after the holidays. Eric Hanse continues as acting Dean.
