TRAVEL-FREE MEETINGS. The Jörgen Lehmann conference room is now fully equipped for remote video meetings. The system has been developed to be easy to use, and campus service will be happy to set your meeting up.
The Jörgen Lehmann conference room is located on level 2 in the Academicum and has room for 22 meeting participants. The room has now been equipped with the latest technology for streaming both images and audio between different locations. The Cisco Jabber conference system is one of the most popular systems and can be connected to anyone having a compatible system, such as Cisco Jabber. The other meeting participants can be in other premises at Medicinareberget, or anywhere else in the world.
The Jörgen Lehmann room now has a large format display, a controllable camera and stationary table microphones so that everyone in the meeting room can be heard. Conference facilities are controlled with a simple touch screen.
In the long term, it is currently only possible to reserve the Jörgen Lehmann conference room for meeting requiring the conference equipment. However, if you have a meeting within two weeks and the Jörgen Lehmann room is vacant, you may reserve the room. As in the case of other rooms in the Academicum, your meeting must be related to activities within the Sahlgrenska Academy.
