COMMUNICATION. Sahlgrenska Academy is now organizing several opportunities for employees to have their photos taken by a professional photographer. Everyone employed at Sahlgrenska Academy and in need of these types of photographs as part of their work is welcomed to have their picture taken at no cost. Reserve a time for taking your picture online.
“It has been several years since we last took photographs, and now it’s time for new ones. These photos may be freely used, such as for when journals request a photo of you as well as on social media and other websites. The photos can also be used by the media and in other communications,” says Elin Lindström Claessen, communications officer at Sahlgrenska Academy’s office, which has organized this opportunity.
Photos will be taken on four half days at Medicinareberget, where the photographer will have a portable studio in Birgit Thilander assembly room. The photographer will also be at Östra Hospital in Järneken in the Women’s Clinic on one day.

Reserve a time using the web form – first come, first served. Five people can reserve a spot for every 15 minutes. If there are no spots available at the only time you can come, feel free to drop by and see if the photographer has time to squeeze you in.
The Communications Department will cover the cost of the photographer and photos. If you are unable to use your reserved time, please cancel as soon as possible so that someone else may use it.
