EDUCATION. The Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ) no longer question the education permit of the University of Gothenburg within specialist nursing in the care of the elderly. The programme is now considered to have high quality, after the follow-up of the former criticism.
In October 2014 took education the overall review the lack of quality, which meant that the degree the state of education was questioned. The program was assessed as lacking in the case which involves the independent capacity to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the measures needed to promote the physical, mental, and social health and prevention of illness and disease complications.The University has now taken action and made account for these for UKÄ, which now assess the program ta have high quality. Thus the program meets the quality demands for higher education.
