SAHLGRENSKA ACADEMY IN THE MEDIA. Sunday, January 24, anhour long interview with Agnes Wold was aired. The interview is part of SVT’s program series My Truth, with TV host Anna Hedemo.
The interview is conducted in Swedish. In the program Agnes Wold tells the story of what it was like when she and her colleague Christine Wennerås revealed that female researchers systematically were disadvantaged by the Swedish Research Council. She also talks about something she calls the Krösa-Maja syndrome, which is the need we humans have to scare other people. As an example, she mentions that type 2 diabetes not at all increases dramatically, as often claimed.
