RESEARCH COMMUNICATIONS. Annualy, Science & the Public (VA) lets approximately a thousand telephone interviews be made with a nationally representative sample of the Swedish population aged between 16 and 74 years. This year’s survey, which is the fourteenth since the VA was created in 2002, shows an increase of trust in researchers at universities and colleges, that people in general are positive to be involved in the research process, and that many learn about research through social media.
