Gothenburg City Theatre shortly opens the play They shall be two which is a humorous and affectionate portrayal of a woman’s heroism on the way through treatment and recovery from breast cancer. After each performance there will also be a lecture, and first up is Martin Bergö, professor at the Sahlgrenska Academy.
Both play and lecture are given in Swedish.
They shall be two is a play for all, about our way of dealing with life and with each other. Of why we persist in believing that life is as planned? And we manage to stay together when the worst strikes?
Marie Delleskog, who is part of the Gothenburg City Theatre’s ensemble, is back in the role of Louise.
After each performance there will be mingling, lecture and discussion with invited guests, under the supervision of Marie Delleskog.0

October 18: Barbro Linderholm,Chief Physician and Associate Professor, on effects of treatment for both women and men.
October 25: Carolina Welin, Author, Psychosynthesis Therapist and Behaviourist, about family safety aid and on, among other things allowed and forbidden reactions.
