New machine learning framework developed for quick radiation biomarker discovery

NEW STUDY. Weeks-long searching for biomarkers have now been condensed to minutes or even seconds of automatic work. GRANTS. The top 100 researchers brought in a total of SEK 4.2 billion in external funding to the University between 2017 and 2021, according to a review by GU Journalen. Development of Smart Microscopy at CCI Receives SSF Fellows Grant

The development of next generation smart microscopy involves a powerful combination of automated end-to-end imaging workflows, image analysis, and machine learning strategies.
