The theme for this year’s science festival is “boundaries – limits” and this has resulted in an exciting and interesting program. Several items are in English. The festival offers, for example, conversations about Europe’s borders in the light of nationalism and climate threats, a live podcast about the border between humans and elite sports or a conversation about the limits of the ability to choose one’s life, and much more. The Swedish Research Council introducing new guidelines for publishing with open access
As from October, new guidelines for publishing with open access apply for all who are receiving a grant from the Swedish Research Council. New features include a requirement for you to publish with immediate open access, and that all forms of publication are included. The new guidelines apply for researchers receiving grants as from October 2022. The change is based on a survey and analysis carried out by the Swedish Research Council in 2022. Cardiac arrest survival rate rising
