Following last week’s decision that the university joins the Climate Framework for universities and colleges, the Vice-Chancellor has established a working group to coordinate the work and propose measures and goals. The working group will be chaired by Pro-Vice-Chancellor Mattias Goksör and will consist of Malin Broberg, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Henrik Aronsson, Head of the Department of Biology and Environmental Science, and a student representative. The working group will coordinate the initial work and propose priority measures and goals for the University of Gothenburg, which are in line with the objectives of the Climate Framework. The proposal is to be submitted to the Vice-Chancellor by the end of the year.
