GPCC article named Golden Paper – most cited of journal eight years in a row

26 June, 2019 Leave a Comment

In 2011, the management of the Center for Personal Centered Care (GPCC) published a Position Paper, where they defined the concept of person-centered care as basis for research. The article, Person-centered care – Ready for Prime Time, has been most cited in the European Journal of Cardovascular Nursing for eight consecutive years, and has now been named Golden Paper of the magazine. “It’s very pleasing that it has had such an impact and  is still read and cited so frequently”, says Inger Ekman, who receives a diploma at the European Society of Cardiology’s conference in Paris after summer.
