The Swedish Research Council has developed a popular scientific five-minute film about Tomas Lindahl, who received the Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2015 and was Professor here in Gothenburg between 1978 and 1982. His discovery of DNA has led to completely new ways of treating certain forms of cancer with drugs. The film about Tomas Lindahl’s important discovery is the second film in VR:s series of short films about the long-term importance of research.
