Eight out of ten who graduated with a doctorate between 1998 and 2012 was established in the labor market after three years. The establishment was highest in technology and lowest in the humanities and art. UKÄ’s report Doctoral graduates’ establishment in the labor market also shows that the proportion established increased by number of years after graduation and that more men than women were established in the labor market. Three years after the exam, 82 percent of men and 80 percent of women were established.
